Ms. Albina Peña Meza passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 3, 2024, surrounded by her family at her side at the age of 64 in San Antonio, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her parents Jose Refugio Peña and Fransisca Morado de Peña, daughter Albina Garcia, brother Rudy Peña, and her sisters Elvira Meza, and Irene Iruegas.
Ms. Peña Meza is survived by her husband Marcial Meza, son Ruben (Lizette) Garcia Jr., grandchildren Albina Pecina, Jamie Pecina, Leah Garcia, Ruben Garcia III, and Giovani Garcia. She is also survived by her brothers and sisters, Oscar (Adriana) Peña, Carlos (+ Maria) Peña, Jose Refugio (Angie) Peña Jr., Luis (Sylvia) Peña, Irma (+ Alfredo) Moncivais, Maria Elena Peña (June) Flores, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Visitation will be held Thursday, February 8, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium, 4402 E. Saunders St., Laredo, TX 78041. A rosary will be held at 7:00 p.m.
Funeral services will be held Friday, February 9, 2024, at 11:15 a.m. from Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium to San Vicente de Paul Catholic Church for a Holy Mass at 11:45 a.m.
Interment will follow at the family plot in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
