Obituary

Mr. Cesar Garcia passed away on Monday, July 25, 2022, in Laredo, Texas at the age of 59.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Horacio (Jovita) Garcia.
Mr. Garcia is survived by his beloved spouse, Elvia Garcia Rizo; children: Katherine (Shaun Gettis) Santillan, Verenisse (Jose) Arellano, Cesar Horacio Garcia, Daniel Garcia, Andrea Denise Garcia, and Sofia Dayana Garcia. He is also survived by five grandchildren, brothers and sisters, other relatives, and friends.
