Consuelo Velasquez

Consuelo Velasquez, age 83, passed away on Saturday, September 11, 2021, in Laredo, Texas.She was preceded in death by her spouse, Antonio Alvarado and son, Victor Hugo Alvarado.Mrs. Velasquez is survived by her children, Alma Rosa Alvarado, Aisla Araceli Alvarado, Antonio Alvarado, Jr., Diana Laura (Jose) Fragoso, Patricia (Adalberto) Vargas, Ruth (Juan) Garcia, and Consuelo (Pablo) Camarillo. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

The family will receive condolences on Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium, 4402 E. Saunders St., Laredo, Texas 78041. A rosary will be held at 7:00 p.m.Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 15, 2021, at 8:30 a.m. from Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium to San Augustine Cathedral for a Holy Mass at 9:00 a.m. Interment will be held at the family plot in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
