Mr. Ely Gutierrez passed away on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at the age of 56 in Laredo, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his parents Agustin Gutierrez Jr. and Alicia G. Gutierrez, and his brothers Roberto and Hector Gutierrez.
Mr. Gutierrez is survived by beloved wife Marisa Flores, his children Ely (Stephanie), Gutierrez Jr., Evan Gutierrez, Edward Gutierrez, Abigail Flores, and Ethan Gutierrez . He is also survived by his brothers and sisters Agustin Gutierrez III, Dennis (Angie) Gutierrez, Cindy (William) Kiesel, Annabella (Michael) Scott, Evan Gutierrez, Eric (Nora) Gutierrez, Lindsey Gutierrez, Gerardo Gutierrez, grandchildren Nathan Gutierrez, Allison Gutierrez, Aaliyah Gutierrez, Salem Gutierrez, Angel Hernandez, numerous other relatives, and many friends.

Visitation
4402 E Saunders St
Visitation will be held Monday, March 17, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium, 4402 E. Saunders St., Laredo, TX 78041. A rosary will be held at 7:00 p.m.
A chapel service will be held on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium, 4402 E. Saunders St., Laredo, TX 78041.
Interment will follow at the family plot in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
