Service Details

Visitation will be held Friday, September 18, 2020 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium, 4402 E. Saunders St., Laredo, TX 78041. A prayer service will be held at 7:00 p.m. officiating will be Pastor Daniel Reyna

A chapel service will be held Saturday, September 19, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. officiating will be Pastor Maria Elena Reyna at Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium, 4402 E. Saunders St., Laredo, TX 78041.

Interment will follow at the family plot in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

In accordance with CDC safety precautions, we ask everyone attending funeral services to wear a mask and practice social distancing. There will be limited seating for services. For everyone’s safety please honor the family from a distance. We kindly thank you in advance.

Obituary

Evangelina Valero entered eternal rest on Monday, September 14, 2020 at the age of 92.

She was preceded in death by her husband Jose Valero, daughter Sara (†Roberto) Treviño, son Jose Valero Jr., sister Angelita Diaz and her brothers Zacarias and Francisco Jaimez.

Mrs. Valero is survived by her beloved daughters Audelia R. (†Zeferino) Medina, Noemi (†Roberto) Rodriguez, Ana Maria (Eulalio, Jr.) Rios and Nora Valero (Miguel Rivera) and her daughter-in-law Rosalinda Valero. She is also survived by her brothers and sisters Samuel Jaimez, Maria De La Rosa, Raquel Zamarripa, Esteban Jaimez, Isaac Jaimez, Juan Jaimez and Martha Lorena Jaimez, 6 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
