Fidel Sánchez Jr. passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Thursday, July 20, 2023, at the age of 68 in Laredo, Texas.
He is preceded in death by his beloved wife Alma Sanchez, parents Fidel (Felicita) Sanchez Sr., brothers, and sisters Ricardo Sanchez, Henry Sanchez, Elsa Paredes, and Patricia Sanchez.
Mr. Sanchez is survived by loving children Fidel Sánchez III, (Bertha Alicia) Sánchez, Jessica (Alfredo) Vela, Arlene Michelle Sánchez, Denise Sanchez (Edilberto Aguilar, Jr.), grandchildren Fidel Sanchez IV, Sergio Vela, Krizelda Vela, Kriztela Vela, Alfredo Vela, Kassandra Michelle Gonzalez, Alexandra Nicole Gonzalez, Zander Ruben Martinez, Alexia Aguilar, Jasmine Aguilar, Alicia Aguilar, Evelen Aguilar, Zachary Aguilar, and his great-grandchildren Jacobo Isaac and Lorenzo Jude Sanchez. He is also survived by his brothers Alfonso Sanchez, Jose Alberto Sanchez, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.The family will receive condolences on Monday, July 24, 2023, from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium, 4402 E. Saunders St., Laredo, Texas 78041. A prayer service will be held at 7:00 p.m.
A chapel service will be held Tuesday, July 25, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium, 4402 E. Saunders St., Laredo, Texas 78041.
Interment will follow at the family plot in the Laredo City Cemetery.
