Obituary
Mrs. Guadalupe A. Maldonado passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at her side on Friday, January 16, 2026, at the age of 88 in Laredo, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her parents Agapito and Elvira Aguilar.
Mrs. Maldonado is survived by her loving husband of 65 years of marriage Arturo Mario Maldonado, Children Mariano (Kathy) Maldonado, Armando (Griselda) Maldonado, Dagoberto (Minerva Saenz) Maldonado, Rita I. Rosales, and Cindy (ϯ Robert) Speer. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, brothers, sisters, numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Visitation

4:00 - 9:00 pm (Central time)
Visitation will be held Monday, January 19, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium, 4402 E. Saunders St., Laredo, TX 78041. A rosary will be held at 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. from Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium to Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church for a Holy Mass at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at the family plot in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
