Javier Cruz passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 20, 2024, surrounded by his family at his side at the age of 64 in San Antonio, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his parents Gilberto and Rosa Maria Cruz, brother Gilberto Cruz, Jr., and his nephew Alejandro Cruz, Jr.
Javier is survived by his siblings Alberto (Celia) Cruz, Alejandro Cruz, and Jessica (Aaron) Salazar. He is also survived by numerous other relatives, and friends.

Visitation
4402 E Saunders St
Visitation will be held Monday, August 26, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium, 4402 E. Saunders St., Laredo, TX 78041. A rosary will be held at 7:00 p.m.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 27, 2024, at 8:30 a.m. from Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium to Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church for a Holy Mass at 9:00 a.m.
Inurnment will be held at a later date.
