Jessica D. Garcia

Jessica D. Garcia passed away Friday, July 23, 2021, in Laredo, Texas at the age of 32.She was preceded in death by her mother Minerva Melendez, sister Roxanne Garcia, her paternal grandparents Trinidad and Delfina Garcia, and her brother-in-law Fernando Gonzalez.Jessica is survived by her beloved spouse Edgar Garcia, children Jorge, Karma and Alessandra, father Felix Garcia, brothers and sisters Ana M. (†Fernando) Gonzalez, Roberto (Armandina) Melendez, Mayra (Ray) Escobedo, Alejandro Espinoza, Felix Antonio Garcia and Juan Andres Melendez. She is also survived by her maternal grandparents Juan and Minerva Melendez, numerous aunts, uncles, other relatives, and friends.Pallbearers will be Félix Garcia, Edgar Garcia, Alejandro Sánchez, Félix Antonio Garcia, Alejandro Espinoza and Roberto Meléndez.Honorary pallbearer will be Jorge Johnson.The family would like to give their utmost sincere gratitude to Dr. Arturo Garza-Gongora for the care given to Jessica during her time of need and to Mrs. Patty San Miguel for all her support.

Visitation will be held Friday, July 30, 2021, from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium, 4402 E. Saunders St., Laredo, Texas 78041. A rosary will be held at 7:00 p.m.Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 31, 2021, at 9:20 a.m. from Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium to Santa Rita de Casia Catholic Church for a Holy Mass at 10:00 a.m.Interment will follow at the family plot in the Laredo City Cemetery.
