Service Details

Visitation will be held Thursday, May 18, 2023, from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium, 4402 E. Saunders St., Laredo, TX 78041.  A prayer service will be held at 7:00 p.m.

A chapel service will be held Friday, May 19, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium, 4402 E. Saunders St., Laredo, TX 78041.

Interment will follow at the family plot in the Laredo City Cemetery

Obituary

Jonathan Javier Mendoza passed away on Saturday, May 13, 2023, in Laredo, Texas at the age of 27.

He is preceded in death by his father Ricardo Ponce, and his grandfather Enrique Ponce.

Jonathan is survived by his loving mother Palmira Ponce, siblings Nancy Y. Mendoza, Ashley D. Ponce, Myra Ponce, and Heriberto T. Mendoza. He is also survived by his grandparents Alba N. Veloz, Mariana Garza, Thomas Mendoza, girlfriend Melanie Ballesteros, numerous aunts, uncles, other relatives, and many friends.
