Mr. Jorge Luis Montes passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at his side on Sunday, November 30, 2025, at the age of 72 in Laredo, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his parents Jose Marcelino Montes and Esther Rojas De Montes.
Mr. Montes is survived by his beloved wife Ana L. Montes, children Ambrosio Montes, Jorge Luis Montes Jr., Jessica Montes, Jorge Alberto Montes, Juan Carlos Montes, Esther Peña, Jessica Aguirre, Annette Aguirre, and Becky Aguirre. He is also survived by his brothers Jose Marcelino Montes Jr., Jesus Montes, 8 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 3, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium, 4402 E. Saunders St., Laredo, TX 78041. A Rosary will be held at 6:00 p.m.
A chapel service will be held Thursday, December 4, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium, 4402 E. Saunders St., Laredo, TX 78041.
Inurnment will be held at a later date.
