Jose Luis Ramirez Otero

Mr. Jose Luis Ramirez Otero passed away on Tuesday, March 3, 2020 in Laredo, Texas at the age of 75.He is preceded in death by his parents Jose Maria Ramirez Rodriguez and Luz Otero Aranda and his sisters, Carmela (Roberto) Sifuentes, Sylvia Jasso, Martha (Jose) Enriquez and Yolanda (Julio) Acosta.Mr. Ramirez Otero is survived by his beloved wife Lucila Garza Ramirez, his sister Maria Teresa Ramirez and his brother in law Alejandro Jasso Rodriguez. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be held Thursday, March 5, 2020 from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Iglesia Bautista Nueva Vida en Jesus, 1319 N. Bartlett, Laredo, TX 78041. A prayer service will be held at 7:00 p.m.Inurnment will be held at a later date.
