Service Details

Visitation will be held Sunday, March 19, 2023, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Iglesia Cristiana Misericordia, 4519 E. Del Mar Blvd., Laredo, TX. A prayer service for the deceased will be held at 7 p.m.

Funeral services will be held Monday, March 20, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at Iglesia Cristiana Misericordia, 4519 E. Del Mar Blvd., Laredo, TX.

Interment will follow at the family’s plot in the Laredo City Cemetery.

Obituary

Mrs. Maria L. Gonzalez passed away on Tuesday, March 14, 2023, at the age of 69 in Laredo, Texas.

She is preceded in death by her husband Andres G. Gonzalez, Jr. and her parents Jose Maria and Maria Ignacia Moreno.

Mrs. Gonzalez is survived by her loving children Andres Gonzalez III, Elizabeth (Christopher) Trueworthy, Cristina (Juan Pablo) Siles, and Israel (Eva) Gonzalez. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, brothers Gregorio Moreno, Manuel Moreno, Jose Maria Moreno, sister Maria Moreno De Roldan, nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Hna. González was a true Christian who brought many souls to Jesus, among those mine. She was a loving friend, almost a mother to many of us, and I will forever miss her. Until I see her again. 🌷
