Service Details

The family will receive condolences on Tuesday, February 15, 2022, from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium, 4402 E. Saunders St., Laredo, TX 78041. A rosary will be held at 7:00 p.m.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 16, at 8:10 a.m. from Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium to San Luis Rey Catholic Church for a Holy Mass at 8:30 a.m.

Inurnment will be held at a later date.

Due to the current Covid pandemic, temperature checks and the wearing of masks will be enforced for the safety of all.

Obituary

Ms. Maria M. Santa Cruz passed away on Friday, February 11, 2022, in Laredo, Texas at the age of 62.

She is preceded in death by her parents Jose and Maria Guadalupe Santa Cruz, brothers, Juan Santa Cruz, Eduardo Santa Cruz, and Jorge Santa Cruz.
Ms. Santa Cruz is survived by her loving daughter Amanda (Gerardo) Palencia, grandchildren Duncan, Demi, and Daisy Palencia. She is also survived by her sisters Guadalupe Santa Cruz, Loli Franco, brother Candelario Santa Cruz, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
