Mrs. Martinez passed away on Thursday, February 23, 2023, in Laredo, Texas at the age of 60, surrounded by her loving family.
She is preceded in death by her parents Agustin and Maria Antonia Martinez, and her sister Idalia Benavides.
Mrs. Martinez is survived by her daughters Martha Patricia (David) Rodriguez, Jessica (Luis) Gonzalez, Erika Martinez, Jennifer Arroyo (Jared Wilkinson), and Mary Jo (Marcos) Leon, 17 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild. She is also survived by her brother and sisters Luis Martinez, San Juana Benavides, Irma (Gustavo) Hernandez, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 1, 2023, from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium, 4402 E. Saunders St., Laredo, TX 78041. A prayer service will be held at 7:00 p.m.
A chapel service will be held Thursday, March 2, 2023, at 9:30 a.m. at Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium, 4402 E. Saunders St., Laredo, TX 78041.
Family and friends attending services for Mrs. Martinez are encouraged to wear white.
Inurnment will be held at a later date.
