Ms. Maria Elena Palacios passed away on Sunday, May 31, 2026, at the age of 51 in Laredo, Texas.
Ms. Palacios is survived by her children Mayra Murillo (Ramiro Frias), and Javier Murillo, her parents Juan and Maria Elena Palacios. She is also survived by her granddaughter Alessi Adamari Murillo, brothers and sisters Juan (Raquel) Palacios, Alejandro (Carmen) Palacios, Alfredo (Ofelia) Palacios, Adrian (Marisol) Palacios, Ramiro (Maria Esther) Palacios, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

A celebration of her life will be held on Wednesday, June 03, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium, 4402 E. Saunders St., Laredo, TX 78041. A rosary will be held at 7:00 p.m. Inurnment will be held at a later date.
