Maria Teresa Peña Salas

Mrs. Maria Teresa Peña Salas passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 2, 2022, in Laredo, Texas at the age of 85.She is preceded in death by her husband Osbaldo Flores-Vara; son, Jose Manuel Flores-Salas (Amelia); and daughter, Maricela Flores-Salas.Mrs. Salas is survived by her children, Sara Alicia Vela (Enrique), Osbaldo Flores-Salas (Victoria), Ervey Flores-Salas, Argelio Flores-Salas (Nelly), Genoveva Flores de Arce (Zaragoza), Jose Armando Flores-Salas (Hilaria), Juan Antonio Flores-Salas (Ana), Herminia Palomares (Miguel), San Juana Young (Jose Mario), Oscar Rene Garza (Maria Angela), Sylvia Piñeda (†Andres) Jr. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Visitation will be held Saturday, February 5, 2022, from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium, 4402 E. Saunders St., Laredo, TX 78041. A rosary will be held at 8:00 p.m.A chapel service will be held Sunday, February 6, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium, 4402 E. Saunders St., Laredo, TX 78041.Interment will follow at the family plot in the Laredo City Cemetery.Due to the current Covid pandemic, temperature checks and the wearing of masks will be enforced for the safety of all.
