A memorial visitation will be held Thursday, November 05, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at of Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium, 4402 E. Saunders St., Laredo, Texas 78041. A prayer service will be held at 6:00 p.m.
Inurnment will be held at a later date.
Maria E. Villarreal's Obituary
Mrs. Maria E. Villarreal passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at her side on Sunday, October 18, 2026, at the age of 74 in San Antonio, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her parents Zaragoza and Camila Elizondo, and her sisters Nydia Elizondo and Maria Elena Hernandez.
Mrs. Villarreal is survived by her loving husband Jose Villarreal, children Hector Villarreal, Joey Villarreal, and Joel Villarreal. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, brother and sisters Sara (Manuel) Soria, Maribel Vega, Millie (Jacob) Halvorson, Rodolfo (Rosa) Elizondo, Emma (Adrian) Carreon, numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
