Michael A. “Mikey” Garcia passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving brothers and sister, on Saturday, August 23, 2025, at the age of 43in San Antonio, Texas.
Mikey, as he was affectionately known, is survived by his brothers and sister, Juan (Yesenia) Garcia III, Rene (Marcey) Garcia, and Patricia Lee Garcia (Amado Contreras). He is also survived by his maternal grandmother Isaura Elia Lozano Scribner, uncle Allen George Scribner, and numerous other relatives.

A chapel service will be held on Friday, August 29, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium, 4402 E. Saunders St., Laredo, TX 78041.
Interment will follow at the family plot in the Laredo City Cemetery.
