Ms. Minerva Lozano passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, August 10, 2025, at the age of 90 in Laredo, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her husband Vicente Lozano Cardenas, brothers Idelfonso Garcia, Gilberto Garcia, Ruben Garcia, Abel Hermilo Garcia, and his sister Hilda Muriel.

Ms. Lozano is survived by her daughter Rosa Maria (Emilio L.) Martinez, son Juan De Dios (Mireya) Lozano, Grandchildren Emilio L. Martinez Jr., Juan De Dios Martinez, Juan De Dios Lozano Jr., and Gerardo Lozano. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 13, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium, 4402 E. Saunders St., Laredo, TX 78041. Funeral Services will follow at 10:30 a.m. from Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium to Christ the King Catholic Church for a Holy Mass at 11:00 a.m.

Interment will follow at the family plot in the Laredo City Cemetery.
