Mrs. Raquel Arriaga passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at her side on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at the age of 49 in Laredo, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her parents Refugio and Maria Andrea Recio.
Mrs. Arriaga is survived by her loving husband Julio C. Arriaga, children Julio C. (Jessica R.) Arriaga Jr., Roman R. Arriaga and Andrea Isabel Arriaga. She is also survived by her brothers, sisters, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

Visitation will be held Friday, October 17, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium, 4402 E. Saunders St., Laredo, TX 78041. A prayer service will be held at 7:00 p.m.
Inurnment will be held at a later date.
