Mr. Raul Luan passed away peacefully surrounded with his family by his side on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at the age of 73 in Laredo, Texas. Mr. Luan was a Vietnam Veteran who served our country with the Air Force as a Military Police.

He was preceded in death by his parents Jose and Irene Luan, and his loving wife Gloria Luan.

Mr. Luan is survived by his children Patricia (Gerardo) Guzman, Tammy (Wicho) Tijerina, Susan (Fernando) Lozano, Roel (Amanda) Luan, Sara (ϯ Joe) Martinez, and Oscar (Sarah) Luan. He is also survived by brothers and sisters Luis (ϯ Janie) Luan, Isabel (Raul) Casarez, Irene (Armando) Ortiz, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
