Obituary
Mr. Ricardo Daniel Garza passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family at his side on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at the age of 62 in Laredo, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his parents Emilio and Maria Garza.
Mr. Garza is survived by his beloved wife Amparo Garza, children Ricardo Daniel (Alejandra) Garza Jr., Thalia Garza, and his grandchildren Ricardo Daniel Garza III, Emilia Luz Garza, Mateo Margarito Garza, Layla Elizabeth Olivarez, and Dylan James Olivarez. He is also survived by his siblings Javier Emilio Garza, Anna Lydia Garza, Norma Elizabeth Garza, Jesus (Rosalinda) Garza, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

4:00 - 9:00 pm (Central time)
A celebration of his life will be held on Monday, February 9, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium, 4402 E. Saunders St., Laredo, TX 78041. A rosary will be held at 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. from Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium to San Luis Rey Catholic Church for a Holy Mass at 9:00 a.m. Interment will follow at the family plot in the Laredo City Cemetery.
