Mrs. Sanjuana H. Peña passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at her side on Saturday, August 9, 2025, at the age of 78 in Laredo, Texas.
She is preceded in death by her parents Luis and Ignacia Herrera.
Mrs. Peña is survived by her loving husband Rosendo Peña, children, Petra Peña, Claudia (Avelino) Cisneros, Blanca (Joel) Martinez, and Rosendo (Verenice) Peña. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Visitation will be held Monday, August 11, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium, 4402 E. Saunders St., Laredo, TX 78041. A prayer service will be held at 7:00 p.m.
Inurnment will be held at a later date.
