Ms. Sara G. Rodriguez passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 10, 2024, surrounded by her family at her side at the age of 102 in Laredo, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her husband Silvestre Rodriguez, son Jose Esteban Garza, Sr. and her daughter Silvia Margarita Peña. 

Ms. Rodriguez is survived by children Maria Luisa Sotelo, Gilberto Rodriguez, and José Esteban Garza, Jr. She is also survived by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 14, 2024, from 8:00 p.m. to 12:00 noon at Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium, 4402 E. Saunders St., Laredo, TX 78041. A chapel service will commence at 11:00 a.m.

Interment will follow at the family plot in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
