Socorro Ornelas

Mrs. Socorro Ornelas entered eternal life on Saturday, January 18, 2020 surrounded by her beloved family in Laredo, Texas at the age of 73.She is preceded in death by her son Ismael Ornelas.Mrs. Ornelas is survived by her beloved husband, Pedro Ornelas, children; Gerardo Ornelas, Vicente (Carmen) Ornelas, Dolores (Guadalupe) Navarro, Maria Ornelas, Pedro Ornelas, Teresa (José) Torres, Darío (Zulema) Ornelas, Carlos (Guadalupe) Ornelas, José de Jesús (Cecilia) Ornelas, Deisy Ornelas and Raúl Ornelas, mother; Epifania Vazquez, brothers; Antonio (Raquel) Vázquez, Fidel (Soledad) Vázquez, Carlos (Maria) Vázquez and Darío (Marina) Vázquez. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 21, 2020 from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium, 4402 E. Saunders St., Laredo, TX 78041. A vigil for the deceased will be held at 7:00 p.m.Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 22, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. from Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium to St. Agnes Catholic Church for a holy Mass at 11:00 a.m.Interment will follow at the family plot in Panteon San Antonio de Fernandez in San Antonio de Fernandez, Jalisco, Mexico.
