A celebration of her life will be held on Friday, July 31, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium, 4402 E. Saunders St., Laredo, TX 78041. A rosary will be held at 7:00 p.m. A Chapel Service will be held Saturday, August 1, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Aguero Funeral Home, 4402 E. Saunders St., Laredo, TX 78041. Interment will be held at the family plot in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

Ms. Sylvia B. Quiroga passed away on Monday, July 27, 2026, at the age of 83 in Laredo, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her mother Lilia M. Villarreal.
Ms. Quiroga is survived by her beloved children Hilda Salais, Homero Orlando Quiroga (Monica Serna), Elsa Laura De La Rosa, and Cesar Gaston (Irma) Quiroga. She is also survived by her grandchildren Mariza De La Rosa, Omar Quiroga, Cesar Quiroga Jr., Eric Quiroga, Alan Quiroga, Roman Quiroga, Orlando Quiroga, Fernando Quiroga, Armando Quiroga, Rene Quiroga, numerous, nieces, nephews, as well as other relatives.
